QHHT works by having you tap into a part of the brain that is only accessed twice a day; the moment right before you wake up and the moment right before you fall asleep. The first part of the technique is generally a past life regression. Participants are guided through visualization techniques in order to uncover their past lives. This covers a number of important events including the final phase of that life, usually their death scene. QHHT works closely with the super-conscious.
It is not the same subconscious that we’ve learned about in psychology classes and therapy sessions. In QHHT, the super-conscious is a very aware part of the mind that knows everything about the individual. When engaged correctly, it will relay important information for healing and personal growth that otherwise would not be accessible through the conscious.
People come for a QHHT® session for many reasons. Some come out of curiosity, some have questions about their life purpose, family, work, or health issues.

Many times they may feel an inner knowing that they are meant to be doing “something” different with their life but need clarity on what that something is. And sometimes they come with questions about our universe, God or Source and their connection to it.
Dolores’ technique involves inducing an individual to the Somnambulistic state of trance through visualization. A state which under ordinary circumstances is experienced only twice daily: the moment just before you become consciously awake and the moment just before you drift off and fall asleep.
Historically, hypnotists have avoided conducting research with patients in this state because of the strange and often inexplicable results that are recorded.
Not one to be limited by this disciplinary stigma, it was working with clients specifically in the Somnambulistic state and exploring the possibilities that led Dolores to discover that any individual can gain access to experiences of Past Lives they have lived. It was also exploring with clients in this state that she discovered an infinitely knowledgeable and powerful aspect of each individual that can be contacted and communicated with.
This part of ourselves, as Dolores has learned, is always present with us and exists just below the surface of our conscious mind, so she appropriately chose to label it The Subconscious. The Subconscious is what gives her and practitioners of her QHHT® technique access to past lives and performs instantaneous healings when appropriate.

On the day of your session, you will come to your appointment with a list of questions that you want answered by your High Self.
Most people make two lists: one of health/ body questions and another of life/personal questions.
Chantelle will explain this bigger part of you that is sometimes called the High Self, Higher Consciousness, Subconscious, Universal Mind or Over Soul, and Chantelle will guide you to make connection with it.
You & Chantelle will spend some time getting to know each other and your reasons for wanting this experience. You’ll talk about your life’s journey and go over your list of questions.
Once you start the hypnosis process, you’ll be under for two hours or a little longer. This part of the session is recorded for you, as people tend to remember varying amounts of their sessions.
While in this deep state of relaxation you will be guided by Chantelle through 1-3 past lives or other experiences your soul has had. If you don’t believe in past lives or are unsure, it's okay to simply call these experiences a story.
Either way your High Self is lovingly taking you to the place where your questions and issues began. If you know where something began at and why, then you can understand, heal and move on in a better way!
Once you are finished with this part, Chantelle gently accesses your High Self to answer your list of questions and to scan your body to heal and repair issues that are known and sometimes unknown.
We more commonly know this High Self aspect of us as our intuition or gut feeling. And it does speak through us but rarely is acknowledged. We all have those moments of clarity where the most perfect words spill through and make perfect sense.
Allowing the stream of consciousness called your High Self to use the gift of your voice is truly beautiful and amazing.
Chantelle will gently count you up and will discuss with you what occurred and what you remember. You’ll listen to parts of your recording and go over the answers you gave to your questions!

While healing is a large part of QHHT, exploring past life regression is one of the most unique aspects of this technique. By using a form of focused awareness, the participant is guided to focus on their breathing, visualize some beautiful calming imagery, and slowly fall into a light, trance-like state. This is a calm and relaxing feeling that helps prepare the mind to bring up past life experiences. Many of the memories that come to the surface will be positive ones, which help to shape the positive qualities and traits that we have in this life. But just as the positives shape who we are, so do the negatives.
Being able to visualize and understand the challenges and negative experiences of our past can help us understand the negative qualities of ourselves that we struggle with. By exposing some of this pain and negativity, we can understand it, process it, and let it go, which releases its mental hold on us during our present lives. You will be guided through each step, and at the end, you will gain tremendous clarity into who you really are on a much larger level. Preparing for a QHHT session is an exciting time. You will be preparing for an incredible journey that will be life-changing in many, many ways. Each regression is unique, and there are some practical steps that you can take to ensure a maximum experience.
What to Eat and Drink
- The night before your session you will want to avoid alcohol completely. In fact, it is best to abstain from alcohol completely for a few days before. You’ll want to be raising your awareness not dampening it through the depressant.
- The day of your session, cut back on the amount of coffee that your drink in the morning and only drink your coffee first thing in the morning. Too much caffeine may make your jittery and lesson your ability to deeply relax into the theta brainwave state during your QHHT session.
- Eat as healthy as your possibly can the night before and the day of your session. Avoid meats and processed foods as much as possible. Your session will last several hours, so the don’t skip breakfast / lunch…eat good sized portions of healthy food.
- Drink lots of water the night before and the morning before, but start to only sip water an hour before your session. The goal is to minimize the need for any bathroom breaks while your are in Theta, so hydrate well in the evening and early morning.
Opening Your Higher Self Awareness
It is beneficial to start imagining an easy connection to your higher self to prepare you for your journey.
Develop a very simple mantra for a minute before you go to sleep and for the minute right after you have woken up in the morning. Say to yourself that your relationship with your higher self is growing stronger and stronger. Say it with passion and feel it. Then briefly state several things that you are grateful for in this life. Feel the love and joy fully with each person, place or thing that you list.
